The best way to become a part of New Life is to begin attending Sunday worship services. Here you will find sound teaching, opportunities for discussion and interaction, and avenues for meeting and getting to know new people.
At New Life, families get together for meals, couples go on double dates, parents have play groups for their children, friends hang out; you name it. In addition, we have occasional church-wide events such as cookouts, parties, etc. All of these help to provide a deeper sense of community within the church.
Keep an ear open for when the Inquirers Class is being offered. This is an excellent way to learn more about our beliefs and practices.
The following opportunities help make Sunday a great experience for everyone:
* Music: Quality music is an important part of our worship services. If you are gifted musically, consider using your gifts to help enhance our music ministry.
* Children: If you love children, you might consider becoming an occasional or regular volunteer by helping in the nursery or helping teach a children’s class.
* Hospitality: Everyone loves coffee and snacks! Consider helping to set up and serve refreshments.
* Greeting: All you need is a friendly face!
* Sound: Perhaps you have experience operating sound equipment and would consider serving in this area.
* Setup/breakdown: From the sound system to the nursery equipment, we need volunteers to help set up and break down. It’s behind the scenes, fun and important.
